I don't understand some of the negative reviews I have read here about this hotel. Everyone working at reception was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very well equipped, lots of storage, a safe, a fridge. Bathroom with amenities, large walk-in shower. Very quiet throughout the day and the night. It is not located within the touristy area but it's just 5mn walk from the metro station and line 5 is very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay here and it felt like my own home. If I get the chance I'll stay there again. The staff were friendly and very nice. There is a subway (around 10-15 mins by walking) and a bank near by, along with convenience stores and a lot of restaurants to get some food.

Very nice staff. The staff make up for the other areas in the hotel. For the price can’t beat it. Hotel does need maintenance with new floors but then again for the price it’s understandable now with that being said it’s not like the floors are horrible and there falling apart but they do either need a deep cleaning or possible new ones. Overall 7.4/10 hotel still good.

A couple of concerns with this place, beds are not comfortable , they are as hard as sleeping on a wood board, second big concern, at 9 pm, hotel reception was empty for from what I know , at least 45 minutes, where anyone of the street could just come up to the rooms, people’s luggage’s were left at the reception , all unattended and free for all to grab, this was extremely troubling. I had to change rooms, first room had great water pressure in the shower, when I was moved to the 8th floor, shower was a nightmare, there is absolutely no water pressure, for these reasons, I would not return to this hotel for sure .

The room was clean and reasonable in size, but I was especially impressed with the young man at the check-in desk. He was friendly, spoke English very well, and followed up immediately on our requests when we wanted an extra pillow, towel, or anything else.

호텔이 기본적으로 주차시설이없고 방안은 매우작으며 일단 호텔방안 불이 너무 어두컴컴하고 밝은방이아니고 불빛자체가 어두운 불이라서 아주 매우 불편했고 방상태도 아주 오래된건물이라 최악이였습니다. 하나 좋은개있었다면 낮에일하는 프론트데스크 남자분이 친절하셔서 좋았습니다 The hotel basically has no parking facilities, and the room was extremely small. The lighting was the worst part—it was so dark and dim that it felt very uncomfortable. The building itself is quite old, and the overall room condition was poor. The only positive thing was the daytime front desk gentleman; he was very kind and professional.
