The staff was so courteous. I discovered that I left my watch in the room after I checked out, so I called and they helped to package it up so I could get a courier to deliver it to me at the airport in Seoul. They were very helpful!

Great choices at breakfast buffet and all were delicious. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Has laundry facilities on third floor but didn’t get a chance to use it so unable to comment. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Good location with compromises

Location good Room clean Lack of service: no porter, no room service, no laundry service. Room did not match the photos on the hotel's website: we stayed in the suite, their website clearly showed a jacuzzi, however our suite did not have one, when we complained to the staff they said not all suites are the same. We felt mislead and no compensation was offered.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff was able to communicate in English proficiently to resolve issues. Hotel is conveniently located across from the popular Myeong-dong area as well as the Lotte department store and has easy walking distance to various transportation methods (i.e. bus stops and subway)

The Crown Park Hotel is an excellent venue for staying in Seoul. We selected one of the suites - it was quite nice. The room was large and the amenities were good. The hotel was in an excellent area of town, and it was walkable to many areas for shopping, visiting and eating. The nightlife around the hotel was also quite bustling. The restaurant in the hotel was fine - it could use some further development, as there was no wine available during meal time, which was a bit unusual. Overall, however, we would go back to this hotel if we were in the area.
