Disappointing, had all the right bones

We were very excited about this hotel as it had all the right ingredients to be the perfect stay. However, this was not the case. The room consistently had a foul sulfur-like scent. When we first checked in, the hotel staff did not acknowledge that there was a scent issue, but was accommodating in moving us to another room. However, this was only helpful for two days until this room began to smell as well. For the price we paid and the reviews, we thought this would be a highlight of the trip, however, we enjoyed our time in Seoul in spite of our accommodation.

새로운 건물, 미완성인 공간, 호텔 명칭은 아니고 레지던스 명칭만!!!

새호텔이라서 기대를 했으나, 온돌 시스템으로 타일바닥이 따뜻해지는데는 시간이 너무 소요됐구요. 장기 렌탈하는 분들을 위한 공간으로는 괜찮을 것 같으나 일반적인 숙박 시 불필요한 집기가 많고, 그것들이 차지하는 공간이 많아 불편해요. 레지던스용으로 딱! 호텔이라는 칭호는 안 맞아요. 그리고, 새호텔인데도 불구하고 바닥에 굴러다니는 먼지 덩어리를 보고 놀랐어요!!!

잠만 자기에는 괜찮아요

방이 좀 난방이 잘 안되는 느낌이었네요 추위에 민감한 분들은 안좋을듯요 그이외에는 깔끔하고 좋은데 가스레인지는있는데 식기류가 하나도 없는게 이상하네요^^;; 스위트룸으로 가족들하고 간단하게 라면이라도 끓여먹을까 했는데
