Hotel looks and feels new. Needed an apartment style hotel traveling with family, so this was nice. There was a problem with the dryer in unit but staff sent someone over to take care of it. Having a convenience store inside the hotel was a lifesaver for getting T-money card and snacks / beverages (and contact lense rinse!).

The breakfast was good and the employees at the dining room were excellent! It was just convenient for us to not worry about going out to breakfast was very nice. The service was excellent and the chefs who made eggs every morning were very appreciative! Room was clean and the washing machine was fantastic features. We didn’t use the kitchen but used the wine glasses while there for 10 days was very helpful. One night we had a mosquitos invasion that my husband and I got bitten all over, and had to hunt down those nasty bugs. There were abandoned buildings which wasn’t pleasant at all and I’m sure there were many puddles of stagnant water infested with the mosquitos. The closet space was plenty enough to put away 3 luggages, but certainly was not a spacious room for 3 people. Dining options were not that great except Gwangjang market was 5 minutes away. It’s not a peaceful way to dine in the market.

First of all, this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It is a residence hotel. We did not realize that. They have no lounge and the restaurant is only open for lunch. The restaurant is in basement level two, no view. They do have quite a few amenities, i.e. pool, games, room, golf simulator. However, you have to book reservations and pay for the amenities other than the pool. Also, we had booked one of the suites. We had to change rooms three times as every room was dirty. Countertops had not been wiped walls. Had black dirty handprints on them. Pretty bad housekeeping. The room did have a washer and dryer, which is always a bonus. We did not use it as we were there only for three days. The breakfast buffet was fine. Nothing exceptional. The room was also very, very noisy. Definitely would not be going back to this “hotel “

We were unhappy about the policy of keeping the luggage. We reached the hotel after a long cruise trip and we reached early. We had to wait till 3.00 PM for check in. But that is also fine if the room is not ready. But we wanted to keep the luggage in the hotel so that we can go out and have some food. But there was no option to keep the luggage free even though we had booking with them for 2 nights. Only option is to buy locker to keep the luggage. As we were travelling for a long time we had good number of luggage and so we have to but 5 lockers to keep them and that also for a limited time. We traveled so many places in the world but this is the first time we paid to keep the luggage and I personally think this is not right and the hotel should have the facilities to keep the luggage free what all the hotels in other parts of the world do. We were very unhappy about this policy.

This hotel is new and the room is spacious. It is like a well managed service apartment, and our were extremely comfortable stay. Our room is equipped with great appliances that top any hotels I have ever stayed. The AC, air purying, fridges, kitchen appliances are all stylishly new. My favourite is the "ironing/drying" cabinet! Location is very strategic between Myeong-dong and Dondaemon (Gwanjang market is 12-15mins walk), and with Gwanghwamun to the North, it is ideal and value for money for the brand new building, spacious room and thoughtfully design and build hotel that ensure a very comfort stay. The only thing is the hotel is within a local electronic supplies zone, full of hardware shops, spare parts supplies for local workmen - so it isn't touristy as you may expect. I would highly recommend.

We loved staying here! The hotel is so clean and new feeling. The location is good to take a quick taxi or about a 20 minute walk to Myeongdong street. The property around the hotel looks like it was destroyed by a fire or something but they seem to be working on cleaning it up and there are nice barricades so you don’t see it when you are walking past. I would stay here again! We used the gym everyday and it was always in top shape. The breakfast was very good! The rooms are small but I think that is normal when staying in Seoul. We loved our stay!

If you're looking to stay close to the action in Myeongdong but want to stay somewhere quiet and laid back, this is the place for you. They also have a grocery store on the second floor by the reception so it's really convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Seoul.

There are 2 convenience stores nearby which was indeed convenient. Hotel staff were great assisting with check in and checkout. Loved the full size fridge and storage options in the room. The washer was nice and having a drying rack was great. I didnt lovw how dim the kitchenette area was. We had to leave the bathroom door open and occasionally get the entrance light to turn on just so we can see. The coin operated luggage storage was a bit disappointing, instead of them storing it for free. I understand that it would be very chaotic for a hotel of that size but still a bummer. Didn't have a car but free parking is nice for those who do. Good location for easy transit though not a whole lot of things to do in the direct vicinity. Overall it was nice.

New hotel but not ready for prime time. It’s in the middle of a redevelopment area, old businesses being torn down. Limited dining, no Starbucks! Breakfast is good. A bit far from tourist attractions. Access by subway lines 2 and 5, use airport limo bus if you have luggage. Limo bus stops at Kukdo Hotel which is a short five minute walk. Rooms have a small kitchen with microwave and washing machine. ATM in lobby. No pool, beds are good with daily housekeeping.

Once you’ve orientated yourself, you’ll realise the location is convenient. For first timers, it may feel just slightly away from the buzz of busier shopping streets but the quieter scene is not a bad thing. It’s tucked right amongst local businesses. There aren’t as many food options right downstairs but if you’re happy to walk a block or two, you’ll hit plenty. Safe location and easy access to metro. Convenience stores downstairs are handy. The rooms including bathroom are large by Seoul standards. The kitchenette and laundry is ideal for traveling families. Clean bedding and water provided each day. Very efficient check-in and check-out process. Staff are professional and helped us with a smooth transition for our bookings.
