Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One particular staff spoke in conversational English and was so polite and friendly. Free new bottles of water in fridge by the door for when entering or exiting lobby. Toiletries were available in a vending machine next to the free water bottles. We enjoyed the shower/tub, toilet, and sink being separated from each other which is great for families with children who have to use different things at the same time. Tv was as wide as the bed. It felt like a home theatre. Cozy and comfy chair and table area. They clean your room every single as long as your key card shows you’re not in the room. Very very very spacious compared to other hotels in the area. Beds were very comfy. 1 block from endless food options. Tucked away enough to be quiet for sleep. Shades very 95% black out. Accessible to several train lines. Walkable to several palaces. I cannot say enough good things and felt so well rested from our stay. Will be staying here again next trip to Seoul.

I don’t understand why this hotel has only 2.5 stars, it deserves 5!! Amazing service, great rooms, clean nothing missing it was perfect and the location is very central too! So close to many pochas you can have an authentic korean experience! The fact that they have a fridge full of cold water bottles you can grab at any time is a major bonus! Highly highly recommend this hotel!! The staff was lovely as well

I really liked this suite, everything in the room was new, the bed was comfortable, the washroom was nice. And the tv was suuuper big. Only thing for the suite that we booked is that there were a lot of different options for the type of room we paid for so you can never really know what youre gonna get. The pictures we saw had some computers in it which I would’ve loved. But unfortunately no pc, but at leas big tv. Only thing is I smelled the sewage a bit in the toilet room but at least I was able to close the door and I couldnt smell it throughout the suite. It seems like the smell is an ongoing thing in asia it was the same for me in Busan and Vietnam. Room service was great, the moment you leave the make up room light on as you leave they rush to your room to clean it, I think they have automatic notifiers. Really great suite, really good location. I’m a travel influencer and you can verify my review by checking me on social media, Jojitojii on Youtube, IG, and Tiktok.
