I had a pleasant stay for 8 days there are occasional cigarette smoke smell but that is not the hotel’s fault but the undisciplined people. The hotel is clean quiet and near the subway.

You get what you pay for…

Check in strictly after 3pm, not one min before. Cleanliness is not existent- stains everywhere even on walls and toilet and bed linen. Holes in bed linen. Towels are clean - only comfort. Smell in room. Sound proofing is bad, noise from inside hotel and outside from streets. Only good point is that is near subway and amenities nearby.

Not suitable for family trips

I don’t think it’s suitable for family to stay. Kittle hadn’t been used or cleaned for long time. There was so much dust on it. I didn’t use it. I bought a large bottle of water for drinking. White towels were in grey. Some strains were on one of the towels. There were some sand on the floor. The front desk staff can’t really see who goes up to the room. I was worry about the security. I couldn’t sleep well.

チェックインして部屋に行ったところ、ドアが全開だった。部屋の中は清掃されているようだが、防犯上危険。 またドアチェーンがついていないのも不安だった。 室内の清掃が全体的に雑に感じた。 ３泊したが一度も清掃に入っていただけなかった。 エアコンのリモコンがなく、空調が入っていないため、11月にもかかわらず部屋の中が暑かった。 上記のような清潔感や防犯度合いであれば、もっと安いホテルやゲストハウスに泊まった方がよい。 良かった点は、君子駅のエスカレーターがついている出口からすぐであるところ、ホテルの下にコンビニがあるところ、大きいバスタブがあるところ。

16박17일 연박예약한 룸을 대실로 돌린 후 사용흔적 있는 침구도 그대로 있었음.컴플레인 제기하자 발뺌하였으나 증거남아있어 그제서야 대충사과.다른방법 없어 룸체인지 및 패널티조로 택시비 5만원 받음.이용내내 청소상태 별로였으며 직원 접객서비스 기본교육 안되어있어 인사도 안함.방음불량.윗층 슬리퍼 소리까지 다 들림.캐리어 이동서비스는 꿈도 꿀 수 없음.절대 이용 비추천!!!

駅近で周辺には飲食店やDAISO、コンビニ、オリーブヤングなどがあるのでとても便利でした。 施設内も清潔感があり、大きめのキャリーケースを２つ広げても問題ないぐらい、部屋も十分な広さがありました。 バスタブがあるのもとてもよかったのですが、バスルームやトイレのドアがスライド式で重く少し隙間が開くので、親しい仲の相手とでないと気になるかもしれません。 全体的には好印象なので、また利用したいと思います。

駅近で空港バスも近くにダイソー、オリヤン、飲食店も多く寝泊まりするだけの方だけなら十分だと思います！ ただ一緒に宿泊する方を選びます。バスタブがあるところは扉がなくシャワールームにはシースルーの扉のみあるので丸見えです。シャワーの水圧は良いです。 バスルームに扉がないため夜中蒸気が部屋中に舞ってめちゃくちゃ暑いです。 そして他の方も書いてる通り掃除は行き届いてません。朝起きると太陽の光であちこちの埃がかなり目立ちます。 3日間泊まりましたが、トイレにタバコの吸い殻が落ちたままでした。 スリッパは使い捨てのものではないので潔癖の方は持って行くかダイソーで買うことをお勧めします。 またアメニティは部屋にはなく1000ウォンでロビーで買えます。持参している方がほとんどだとは思いますがそこも注意です。

性價比低、不整潔

酒店整體整潔度有待改善，床單有非常多污垢及破洞，明顯是非常殘舊，風筒及放風筒的袋亦是髒髒的，如果對整潔有點要求，不建議入住。另一大問題是中央控制暖氣。4月初韓國絕對不凍，無大需要開暖氣。中央控制不可以調溫度我可以理解，但甚至連「開關」都沒有，服務員只建議打開窗增加空氣流通。我自己誤打誤撞用電視搖控發現冷氣反而可以開關，所以選擇了開冷氣保持較舒適的室溫。前後接觸過3位前台工作人員，有一位稍微能理解英文，另外兩位無法溝通，不過用手機即時翻譯問題不大，亦算樂意回覆問題，另外前台可以幫忙CALL的士。房間浴室很大，但由於同時有沐浴間及浴缸，以致如廁的空間比較窄，不太方便。 正面的地方是近地鐵出口，5號出口有自動扶手電梯前落，但大的行李箱有點困難，因為是只可容納一個人的窄身電梯。 整體來說，性價比太低。

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Frühstück wird zwar nicht angeboten aber der nächste Lebensmittelladen ist gleich um die Ecke. Ebenso ist die nächste Metro-Station nur wenige Meter entfernt. Einen Mietwagen kann man kostenlos parken. Manchmal hatte man Verständigungsprobleme, weil auch am Empfang nicht unbedingt englisch gesprochen wird.

이름은 호텔인데, 실제론 모텔이네요. 모텔 내부 시설을 좀 개선하여, 호텔이라고 이름 붙인곳. 모텔 주차장처럼 내부가 안보이게 한 비닐가림막을 통과하면 차몇대 정도 주차할 곳이 있고, 그곳에서 주차요인이 주차빌딩으로 옮깁니다. 같은 건물에 콜라텍? 같은게 있고, 온돌이 들어오는 호텔바닥은 모텔을 개조한 표시이고, 모텔에 흔히 있는 낡은 컴퓨터가 있네요. 호텔방엔 담배냄새가 배여있고 (별도로 non smoking room으로 달라고 요청했음에도) 구석구석 먼지가 쌓여 있습니다. 내부시설은 그럭저럭 갖춰있고, 아주 추운날이었는데도 난방은 괜찮았습니다. 근데 모텔을 개조한 시설에, 이 정도 가격을 지불하고 숙박하진 않을것 같네요. 미리 알았다면 투숙하지 않았을 겁니다.
