Only hotel I’ve been through that made me pay for early check in (anything over 30 min) and the self kiosk is not designed well. Sheets had dark yellow stains that we had changed. Very little space to unpack a 20 inch suitcase due to bed frame design (sharp and painful) Only got 1 key. Air conditioning is right above bed. Fee for storage lockers was high. No amenities. 1 min walk to Green line Seongsu station is a plus

The hotel needs to provide better pillows and finds a solution about the shower because the water getting outside the shower in front of the toilet.
