The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The location is decent as its directly beside the station but unfortunately is a bit further from Myeongdong. The bathoom in the room was a bit old and our drain in the shower didnt work, but the staff helped us out as soon as we asked and it got fixed. The staff here are absolutely lovely

We stayed at the L'Escape for 2 weeks to celebrate our honeymoon, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we expereinced an incrediblly comfortable stay. Its location is superb for easy and direct access to the all parts of the city. The rooms are confortable, large and well equipped, and cleaned daily if requested. The onsite bars and restaurants, while more expensive than surrounding restaurants, are suberb and are definitely worth spending that little bit extra in!

Excellent service , shout out to George at the Concierge and Eileen from Buffet breakfast. The location is convenient, few steps to the metro which is directly connected to AirPort Express train. Choices from breakfast is not that much but the quality is excellent. It could have been better if they can change the menu , we stayed at this hotel for 7 night and the breakfast menu is the same everyday, otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel

Food poisoning!!

The hotel is very pleasant but I got food poisoning from the room service. This ruined my stay in Seoul and they made me pay for the meal regardless on checkout. A nice place to stay, but avoid room service!!

Very Convenient area! Beautifully themed and excellent service. Train station is only a 2 min walk away! So much food around a 10 min walking radius, would definitely recommend!
