Loved the breakfast buffet, the afternoon tea, and the entire staff were all amazing and top tier. The location of the hotel was excellent for walkable shopping and food options, but was also across the street from the subway if you want to visit other districts. There was no feeling of chaos or hectic crowds, this hotel felt like a cozy and luxurious second home, the gym and spa were very convenient, and once again the staff were all so great across the board. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seoul!

Exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Upon check-in, they upgraded my room for free and the Atelier Junior Suite was so beautiful and spacious. Really made for a relaxing stay. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is spic and span, and the staff spoke great English and were always so helpful. Location-wise, Hoehyeon Station is just a few steps away, so it was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time.
