We lobed our spacious family room with two bunk beds for me and my three kids. Convenient location right off the main drag and closer to lotte department store and mall. Great restaurants and proximity to metro station. Rooms were clean and well maintained during our stay. Staff was excellent and very friendly. I would say the only draw back is the multiple elevators to get tothe room level

We stayed at Moxy for 7 days and 6 nights. First night we had water leaks from shower due to some pipe issues. Nothing could be done at that moment. We waited for a day and our group got split up to two rooms on the second night. The hotel upgraded us to a suite on day 3 and we stayed at that suite until the last day of our trip. Overall, the hotel and staffs troubleshoots and make sure we had a room to stay. Moving from room to room wasn’t the nicest but at least the hotel and the staff were very apologetic throughout our whole stay.

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink. He remembered my needs next day and fixed me the same drink. These little details makes tired travelers remember the trip.
