Loved the room- they upgraded me on arrival and the room was the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Both pools weee lovely, the staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the food was good. A very nice hotel and I hope to come back and stay soon!

The hotel was gorgeous and so clean. It was somewhat confusing to have the reception lobby on the 20th floor, but we finally figured it out. We booked a Superior Room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teenage children), yet to find the room only had a queen bed and a single bed. We asked how this room was meant for 4 people with these 2 beds, the staff had no answer, apology or recommendation for bringing a cot or alternative for their error. Otherwise, modern facilities, nice gym and quality breakfast. Very close to Dongdaemun Design Plaza and subway, very convenient. Lots of options for food/restaurants (which alot of metro Seoul has). Would come back again.
