The staff were excellent at Shilla Stay Guro during my stay in January. There were quick and efficient with all my requests, such as adding parking after check-in. There was always somebody at the front desk, even late at night, to help me when I had questions. Thank you, staff at Shilla Stay Guro!

This hotel is rated as a 4-star, but I would give it a 3-star rating due to its outdated condition. The room was small, and the carpet was wrinkled. I also didn’t enjoy the breakfast.

Amazing staff—polite and professional. Housekeeping is excellent, and the location is very convenient, especially being just a 5-minute walk to the subway. This is my fourth stay at this hotel, and I will definitely come back on my next trip. Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant!!

Property is good. Convenient location, quick access to train network. The rooms are smaller than expected and we had a family suite. The photos of the rooms are a little deceiving. But overall great hotel if you are there for a short visit.
