체크인은 아주 빨랐어요. 처음 배정받은 방의 문을 열고 들어가니, 하수구 냄새같은 좋지 않는 냄새가 확 코를 찔렀고, 즉시 프론트에 컴플레인하니, 비교적 빨리 다른 방으로 배정해 주었어요. 새로 배정받은 방은 세탁물 냄새처럼 깨끗한 냄새가 났어요. 만족했어요.

Does not live up to a 4-star standard We were disappointed with our stay, as the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property. The air conditioning could not be turned on, only the heating. Our room was uncomfortably warm, and the only solution offered was to open the window—which resulted in a lot of noise from the traffic outside. The room was dusty, the bed sheets had holes in them, and the hotel overall had noticeably worn surfaces. There was only a reading light and power outlet on one side of the bed, and one of the outlets didn’t work at all. Positive: • Great location • Close to the subway We tried communicating our concerns to the reception, but without any results. Overall, we expected a much higher standard from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars, also given the price point.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, we love the location of the room 2101 overlooking the intersection of the city scape and view of the mountains and the location of the hotel just in front of the bus station for easy commute. There are few things I wish that they’ll look into is the bath towels and robes are worn out, and the water from the shower leaks out through the glass door creating lots of puddle in front of the sink. Other than that I would stay there again.
