Excellent stay, I did have to transfer room due to a sewage smell but it was not a fault of the hotel it was from outside in the city. The city seems to have a generalized drainage problem, may be due to overpopulation and infrastructure issue. The hotel was very lovely and accommodating. Very polite, food was good also. The location is amazing, right outside the train station. Breakfast is definitely worth the money. The staff here is excellent, especially Songmin Choi. She was very helpful, and her English is great, making communication super easy. She has excellent customer service skills and made me feel like I was staying in a five-star hotel.
