Front office staff could be more helpful. We had problem using uber - but they maintained they dun know anything abt uber. Generally not as value-add as most of the staff cant really understand English. Breakfast is repetitive and has not as much variety or protein except for hardboil eggs. i have stayed in Toyoko-Inns in diff countries - this is by far one of the worst.

Typical Toyoko Inn quality if you are familiar with this chain. Rooms are clean and everything works. Amenities are above average. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to everything. Just around the block is the main street with every shop and restaurant that you will ever want.
