The staff were very helpful and nice specially Francesco, but they don’t have a bell boy to help with the bags. The taxis are limited in this area but the receptionists helped us get one whenever we needed but you’ll wait about 20-30 min. The rooms don’t have noise cancellation at all you can hear the room next to you if they’re talking

I absolutely loved my stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc – everything was amazing! I would definitely come back to Mallorca just to stay here again. We stayed for two day and one night, honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel! There were plenty of sun loungers and cozy spots to relax and sunbathe, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – super convenient. The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag and large towels (which smelled amazing – like home!), making us feel really well looked after. There were also different activities available for guests, which was a lovely bonus. One of the staff members even helped us send a postcard — such a kind and thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it. The views were stunning, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the check-out time. We really wished we could have stayed just a little longer before leaving — that’s how much we loved being there! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beautiful, laid-back, and well-designed place to enjoy your holiday!

Highly Overrated – Far from What’s Promised

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and the claim that it was a four-star property. Unfortunately, what we experienced was something completely different – and deeply disappointing. The first thing that stood out was how misleading the online presentation was. The photos are carefully staged and give the impression of luxury and comfort, but the reality is far from it. The surroundings, the room, and the overall atmosphere were all major letdowns. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel in this price range. The beds were rock hard – honestly, they felt like something that cost 10 dollars – and there was absolutely nothing in the room that reflected the nearly 300 euros per night we paid. When we realized how poor the standard was, we tried to cancel our stay immediately upon arrival. We spoke with the staff in person and gave them a chance to resolve the situation in a fair and respectful way. We even suggested that if they let us leave without charging extra, we wouldn’t leave a negative review. But instead, they chose to charge us a 60-euro cancellation fee, even though there was still plenty of time to rebook the room. It gave us the impression that the hotel cared more about squeezing as much money out of us as possible than actually delivering good service or ensuring a positive guest experience. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer zur Meerseite. Bett etc. ist alles super. Auch gefällt mir der rund um die Uhr Wasserservice, kostenloses Bike etc. Was man wissen sollte: Warum auch immer sind hier in der Gegend wahnsinnig viele kleine Fliegen und wesentlich schlimmer: Mücken. Das hat auf jeden Fall nichts mit der Sauberkeit des Hotels zu tun, die ist 1a. Also ordentlich Mückenschutz mitnehmen! Die Terrassenanlage zum Meer ist super schön, nicht zu eng und keine nervigen Reservierungsmenschen jetzt Anfang Mai. Ich bekam immer eine Liege. Aber auch hier aufgrund der Lage: es laufen auf dem Wanderweg immer Menschen entlang, je weiter am Meer, desto eher direkt an Deiner Liege ;). Muss man mögen. Das Neni ist als normales Restaurant zu buchen. Sehr lecker aber ebenfalls bedeutet das, wenn man "Pech" hat diniert eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Also nichts mehr mit "adult only", sollte man darauf beim Buchen Wert legen. Zusammenfassung: Toller Service, super Hotel mit kleinen "Umgebungsschwächen".
