The detached mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

National category 4 stars, reception (safe), 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, kiosk and launderette. For relaxing moments and good food, the village offers a self-service restaurant-pizzeria, a bar with satellite TV, and an artisanal ice cream parlour, all open throughout the season.
Guests have at their disposal a well-stocked supermarket, fresh fruit and vegetables, a newsagent’s, a tobacconist’s and a bazaar, all open throughout the season. Well-kept green areas with palm trees Located in the Garigliano Park, in the beautiful setting of the Gulf of Gaeta, the campsite offers a holiday full of fun and relaxation, immersed in history and beauty. The more than a kilometer long beach promenade and the numerous services make it a popular destination for even the most demanding guests. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. At the campsite, the roving Driving is not permitted on motorcycles.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers (for a fee) and the use of swimming caps is required. The pools are open throughout the campsite season from 10:00 to 18:00.
