Located on the first floor of the residence with elevator access, this lovely one-bedroom apartment is rented with a private garage in the basement and comprises:
an air-conditioned living room with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and sofa, opening onto a very inviting loggia with a view of the port. A fully equipped kitchenette with a mini-fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed (120 cm). A shower room and separate WC. The apartment is ideally located near the sea and the city center.
