- Beautiful 14m² enclosed loggia with four shutters and a lovely partial sea view - Bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - Separate sleeping alcove with two bunk beds (90cm) and a window - Renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate toilet
Access to the secure, shared parking area of the residence; space is not assigned and is not guaranteed.
Additional charges: Electricity during the heating season
Optional services payable on site:
* Sale of disposable linen kits from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).
* Towel rental at €6 per person (1 large and 1 small).
