Not suitable for people with reduced mobility because there are a flight of stairs to reach the elevator.
Space for 1 reserved vehicle in GARAGE secure (max 2 m high) next to the building (a garage is essential in Sète, because parking is scarce and paid). Also large garage with bike and collective motorcycles (rental bicycles and electric bikes nearby). Location: in the city center but away from traffic and noise, close to shops; market hall and Sète market at 250 m. Bus stop for the beaches and the surroundings at 2 steps. 50 m., Free shuttle bus stop (nr 6) to the city and the train station.
Beautiful seaside promenade, The "plagette" of the Pier St Louis is located nearby, 1 km from the wharf of Algiers;
Just after "the theater of the sea" you will find the 2 "creeks of Nau" at about 1500 m. from the apartment. The Lazaret beach, accessible on foot or by bike, is about 2.5 km away, 3 km from the Corniche beach just before the 10 km long white sand beach.
Public transport to beaches and swimming pool (stop at 200 m from the apartment).
Thermal baths and swimming pool Obalia de Balaruc 4 km. Cap d'Agde 15 km. Naturist beach tolerated on the big beach from the entrance # 63.
You will do well in Sète, a small Venice on the French coast, a charming and lively city with its active fishing port and intense cultural life. An ideal destination even in low season. From the loggia (5 meters sliding windows), you dominate the port and all the boats which pass from the sea to the pond of Thau while passing under the drawbridge. The Algiers wharf is the "prestigious quay of Sète" where the most beautiful yachts moor, magnificent sailboat, barges, coast guard, military or oceanographic buildings. We never tire of maneuvering under his eyes, the cargo ships, the pinnails, the trawlers, the tuna boats, the barges of oyster farmers, the smallest boats of sinners to the biggest cruisers. Grand appartement avec 2 Vues époustoufflantes

Appartement spacieux avec 2 loggias plus qu appreciables. L une donnant sur le port dans laquelle on peut manger à 4 en contemplant la vie du port qui n etait pas bruyant à cette epoque ( vacances de Pâques). L autre donne sur le Mont St Clair, montagne qui surplombe Sète. J ai vraiment apprecié ces 2 loggias qui font le charme de cet appartement hyper bien placé et la place de parking, indispensable. L appartement est hyper bien equipé. Comme à la maison. La residence est âgée donc pas bien insonorisée. ( voisins du dessus font tomber des objets lourds la nuit) et l alarme de l appartement du dernier etage a sonné pendant 2 heures le jour de notre arrivee mais mais ça reste un immeuble, il y a des aléas. A savoir : Le proprietaire envoie une liste de consignes qui peut faire peur avant d arriver.il y a aussi des etiquettes partout pour l utilsation des differents appareils. Si ca peut faire peur quand on a envie de se detendre en vacances, ca aide aussi ( four capricieux, bouilloire pas simple à utiliser....). Un petit probleme final avec la chasse d eau en fin de sejour signalé à l' equipe menage dont l accueil a ete d ailleurs tres sympathique.On a passé de super vacances en tout cas et cet appartement y a largement contribué !

La qualité de l'accueil des propriétaires est exemplaire. L'appartement est situé à quelques minutes du centre ville et de ses comodités. Notre séjour n'en fut que meilleur. C'est une location que je recommande vivement…
