Arrival was unpleasant because their system did not reflect my reservation correctly. It took Expedia’s intervention to correct it and force them to honor it. The room was in good condition. However, de Air conditioner did work correctly. The property and staff are good. But, access to the beach area is across the street. A Long walk every time you want to go to the beach.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with excellent sleep quality. Fantastic location in the city center, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hotel is beautiful. Thank you for having us.

Did not meet my high expectations. Food was limited and very average. Most staff were very pleasant, but not particularly helpful with a couple of problems I had. The resort just not my cup of tea. Too large and institutional. Too expensive for what was offered.
