🌲 Outdoor Living, Mountain Style: Step onto the spacious wrap-around deck and settle into your favorite spot to relax to the gentle babble of Birds Creek below. End your day with a long soak in the private hot tub, surrounded by peaceful forest views and total privacy. A charcoal park-style grill is available for cookouts (local fire regulations apply—no propane grills or fire pits).

🍳 Cook, Connect & Dine In: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—appliances, cookware, and utensils included. It’s open to the living room so the cook can stay part of the conversation (and the fun). Enjoy meals together at the indoor dining table, or take it outside to the outdoor dining table on the deck.

📺 Living Room Comfort: Kick back on the couch or recliner after exploring Dollywood or Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The living room has a fresh, modern cabin feel with a Smart TV for all your streaming apps, plus high-speed internet so everyone can stay connected without interruptions.

🛏️ First Floor Bedrooms + Full Bath: Two bedrooms and a full bathroom round out the main level—ideal for families or groups who want easy access with minimal stairs.

Bedroom 1: Cozy queen bed + 50” Roku TV

Bedroom 2: Built-in queen-over-queen bunk bed, fun starlight light fixture, air hockey table, and its own 50” Roku TV

Laundry: The washer/dryer closet is located in the bunk room for your convenience.

👑 Upstairs Primary Suite Retreat: Your private upstairs escape features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom, plus a Smart TV for winding down at night. It’s everything you need for a restful, quiet mountain stay.

🚗 Mountain Drive Note: The cabin is accessed via a STEEP hill. It’s typically reachable by 2WD or 4WD (conditions dependent on snow/ice), but it may not be the right fit if you’re uncomfortable with mountain roads. The road was freshly paved on 5/11/2022.
