Mountain to Sand Adventures presents Potters House! Breathtaking views and comfort await you at Potter’s House, a single-story historic chalet nestled in Wears Valley, TN. With three bedrooms, a hot tub, games, stunning outdoor spaces, and scenic views for miles, it’s the perfect place for the whole family. The great location offers easy access to the national park. It is close to all the action of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg yet still far enough away to enjoy a peaceful mountain experience.

PLEASE READ:
1. Fresh linens and towels provided as well as a starter pack of k-cups, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Hair dryer included in each bathroom.
2. Hot Tub: The hot tub is drained, sanitize, and refilled with fresh water before every guest's arrival. Chemicals are added and balanced. Due to the high volume of fresh water, the heating process may still be underway at check-in. Depending on the outdoor temperature, reaching +100°F may take until late evening or overnight. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize hot tub hygiene.
3. Chalet has central heating and air conditioning. It is on well water (with a full softening system) and septic.
4. Outdoor surveillance has four cameras facing the driveway, back, front and side of the property.
5. Use of maintenance closet, owner's closets and crawl space are not permitted.
6. There is a 3% credit card processing fee for all cancellations. That means your refund will be 97% of the original booking amount if cancelled at least 30 days before check in.
7. $300 security deposit hold (refundable assuming no damages) and signature on the rental agreement are required for booking. The terms in the rental agreement are not negotiable so please inquire if you'd like to read it before booking. Check in details, including the cabin access code, will not be provided until this step is complete.
8. A late check out fee of $100 per every 30 minutes past 10:00am EST will be assessed to guests who do not check out on time. Standard check out time is 10:00am EST.
9. Host promptly responds daily between 9am and 9pm. Messages outside these hours may experience a longer response time.

We had an excellent stay. The location was ideal — close to attractions, activities, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The views were stunning and truly added to the experience.The chalet offered more than enough space, with plenty of beds and everything needed especially if you have a larger group or family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the abundance of blankets, which made our stay extra cozy.This property was a fantastic find in our favorite area, and we look forward to returning.

Excellent location between Townsend and Pigeon Forge so you can take advantage of both sides of the park. No steep mountain roads and an amazing view of the mountains from the front porch! Easy check in and check out as well. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed this cabin more than any other cabin we have stayed at over the last several years and hope to stay again. Everything was absolutely set up perfect and what a beautiful place, they have you set up with absolutely everything you could need or want. The ease of parking was great, perfectly located in what we feel is the heart of the valley and best area to stay. This cabin is exceptionally clean and well kept, I cant say enough how great of a place and location!!!!

Loved the house. Such a perfect layout for our family and views of the mountain were fantastic. Only small downside is that the community pool referenced in the listing is not actually in the neighborhood by the house and their was no indication of where it actually was.

Family Vacation

Relaxing was long overdue for all of us. As soon as we arrived we felt at home. The views were amazing. There was something for everyone at Potters House Retreat. Location is perfect. We love staying in the Wears Valley area. This was our first time staying directly off the main road. It made it very easy to get out into town without mountain roads. We enjoyed our stay! And can’t wait to go back!!!
Watching the moonrise over the mountains from the deck was one of our favorite sites!

Nice place to stay and relax

The cabin is a great place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The view of the mountains from the patio is amazing. The communication with the host is very good, they gave us all the information you need when you need it and they will answer very fast to every request we had.We loved the beautiful decorations in the cabin and the details in every single room (everything is about the black bears).If you love animals, as we do, you get to see a lot of different birds, deers, bunnies and lady bugs around. The cleanliness was great when we checked in and we had plenty of supplies in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms.The hot tub is located outside in a very beautiful patio so you can relax after enjoying all the activities around.It is definitely a very peaceful place to stay and enjoy.

Lovely time away with family

This was a great house for our family trip. Clean, comfy, homey feeling with plenty of space for our whole crew. We loved the views from the patio! We enjoyed being close to town for all the fun, but far enough away to enjoy the peace of the country. The kids really liked the pool and the game room. Host was very good with communication during our stay.

Scenic retreat

Host was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The home is in a beautiful setting and everything is as pictured. The Two General stores nearby are fun and inexpensive. Elvira’s is great for breakfast. Lots of birds. The deck is so enjoyable to sit on every evening to watch stars or storms. Highly recommend. Great for families of all ages. So much to see and do. Wish we could have stayed longer. Book without hesitation.

Perfect Smokey Mtn Stay

Stunning views, quiet yet convenient location, and rustic cabin charm. It’s the total package. New kitchen and bathroom renovations are beautiful and make this chalet compete with new builds - but this place has a charm they could never compete with. Seriously among the best views in the entire area. Host was very impressive and so communicative, made everything even better.
