When you’re ready for activity, the game room, indoor entertainment, and private courts give you plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property. Even as the seasons change, the heated pool and outdoor kitchen keep the fun flowing year‑round.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and a loft provide space for up to twelve guests. Two king‑size beds, two queen‑size beds, and twin‑over‑twin trundle beds make up the eight beds. Each sleeping area includes a Smart TV, and several rooms open directly onto full bathrooms, with ensuite options where noted. Room‑darkening shades, extra pillows, and fresh linens are supplied for a comfortable night’s rest.



Indoor living

The main living room centers around a sectional sofa, a single chair, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating a cozy spot for cooler evenings. The game room is packed with arcade machines, air hockey, darts, a basketball arcade, a bowling‑style arcade, a multi‑cade setup, and a 7‑foot billiards table. A PlayStation 5 in the loft adds another layer of entertainment. Ceiling fans, indoor heating, and reliable Wi‑Fi keep the space comfortable and connected.



Outdoor living

A private outdoor pool, six feet deep and heated to 85 °F from March 1 through December 31, invites swimming any time the weather permits. For January and February, pool heating is available for an additional $400 per reservation. The hot tub is accessible year‑round, and a fire pit offers warm evenings under the stars. An outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and griddle, patio seating, sun loungers, and a private backyard create a perfect setting for al fresco meals. Private basketball and pickleball courts provide active options just steps from the house.
