Your adventure aboard your very own "Ship of Dreams" awaits you at the top of the gang plank. Loaded with images and decor from the movie and ship.

Located on 57 acre farm in downtown Sevierville with over 1/2 mile of frontage on the West Fork of the Little Pigeon River. Beach chairs (and tubes during summer) provided to walk down path to "the island" to enjoy the river.

We enjoy our privacy and have spaced the five treehouses 200 to 300 feet away from each other so you can too.

Convenient to get to without waiting through hours in traffic and easy to get to restaurants and the attractions that bring you to the area like Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Soaky Mountain and many others.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be within walking distance of Sevierville Community Center and Civic Center. Features include laundry facilities. A balcony and a TV are available in the cabin.

NYE at the River Place

We rented out all 5 treehouses for our family NYE party and they did NOT disappoint! The Titanic is the newest of the treehouses and has so many creative touches with my favorite being the pretend bow on the back deck that even includes a selfie stick LOL. The treehouse itself was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and I even asked the host where the bathrobes are from so I can purchase my own. The bathroom is spa-like and the back deck is pure serenity. All around amazing property and I will definitely be back.
