Enjoy direct access to the entire cabin and outdoor amenities, including a private
pickleball/basketball court, fire pit with free firewood, sauna, hot tub, wraparound porch, and a fully equipped outdoor gym. Sleeps up to 15 across 4 bedrooms, with a private bathroom in the primary suite and scenic Sevierville mountain views throughout. Xbox, classic board games, life-size games, and more ensure friendly competition indoors. Perfect for family fun, stargazing, and gathering by ambient lighting.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King bed with ambient lighting (first floor)
• Bedroom 2: King bed with walk-in frame and expansive glass windows — incredible stargazing
• Bedroom 3: Two trundle beds with four full-size mattresses
• Bedroom 4: Three twin beds Each room offers comfort, design, and space to unwind after mountain adventures.

Fully stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The open layout connects seamlessly to the dining area for group meals and social cooking.

Lake Access & Kayaks (Year-Round)
Private lake access year-round. During lower water months, access shifts down the street to our private waterfront parcel with water year-round. Kayaks and fishing gear are available as optional add-ons, and kayaks are complimentary for 6+ night stays (with advance notice). Fishing is available seasonally, not available from Thanksgiving Day through March 1.

Guest Access:
Full private access to the entire property — nothing shared. Includes sauna, hot tub, pickleball/basketball court, outdoor gym, fire pit, game room, wraparound porch, and free parking.

➤ Trash & Cleaning: Please wash dishes, take out trash, and lock up before leaving
➤ Free firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit
➤ A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request for families

➤ Kayak and fishing gear access available by request. Guests may request use of the kayaks or fishing gear during their stay. A signed waiver is required before kayak use. These are completely optional amenities and not included in the base booking.
