Conveniently located at Wild Briar resort and 7 miles from Dollywood and right down from Parrot Mountain, this 5,788 square foot 3 level lodge is perfect for your large family or groups sleeping up to 42 guests. The luxurious Wild Briar Resort offers an easy drive along well maintained wide roads and outdoor community pool access (June 1 - Labor Day). There is always something to do at the Awesome View Lodge with a game room, theater room, patio deck seating and 2 hot tubs.
Kitchen: Luxurious kitchen equipped with 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 drip coffee makers, 2 toasters and a huge industrial size refrigerator and freezer. All essential pots, pans, silverware, cups etc. provided and plenty of dining space.
Theatre room: Located downstairs with theater style seating and a kitchenette nearby in case you need a snack.
Game room: Located on the top level, we have a pool table, foosball table, TV and couches with plenty of seating in case you just want to lounge around.
Free Wifi and TV provided by Xfinity - 1 Gig Speed
The tvs in the theater room, living room and game room all have xfinity cable. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 rooms on the main level also have cable. All other tvs without cable have firesticks.
Bedroom Layout:
- Top Floor - 4 king bedrooms each with additional twin over twin bunk beds in each room with ensuite bathrooms. There is 1 additional bedroom with a full over queen bunkbed that has a shared bathroom in the hallway (sleeps 18)
- Main Floor - 2 king bedrooms with additional twin over twin bunk beds in each room with ensuite bathrooms (sleeps 8)
- Bottom Floor- 4 king bedrooms (only 2 have the additional twin over twin bunk beds) with ensuite bathrooms (sleeps 12)
- There is also a twin over twin bunk bed in the theatre room on the bottom floor and a twin over twin bunk bed in the game room on the top floor (sleeps 4)
Outside: plenty of free parking for up to 10 cars, 3 park style grills, and 3 bear proof garbage bins. (charcoal not provided)
Things to do: Dollywood is 7 miles away complete with a waterpark. Play a game of golf at the Gatlinburg golf course. Journey through the smoky mountains at Cades Cove, a 11 mile loop filled with scenic roads and wildlife.
Things to know:
* A starter pack of dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided to get you going.
* The lodge is supplied with bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
* Our guests have access to the community Pool at Wild Briar Resort(open May through September.)
Smoking Policy: Absolutely 100% No Smoking policy inside the cabin.

You will be able to access the lodge with a smart lock so there is no need to check in at an office prior to arriving. You will simply receive the door code two days prior to your trip and you can head straight to the lodge to begin your vacation.
