Perfect Fall Getaway!! Save time and take back roads to Dollywood!!

Kick back and relax at our stylish and secluded cottage overlooking the rolling hills of the Great Smokey Mountains. Guests can enjoy a game room, private deck with brand new hot tub, multiple fireplaces, firepit, free popcorn, and take in breathtaking sunset views from the large master bedroom and deck. Approximately 10 minutes to Dollywood and the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The upstairs bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin trundle.

The spacious master bedroom and bedroom is on the main floor. Guests can enjoy a king size bed with luxury linens, a fireplace, and rolling hill views from their private deck. On the private deck you will find a charcoal grill and a cozy sectional. Be sure to take in the views of fireflies in the evenings! Inside the master bedroom you will find a work desk with lighting for guests that work remotely. Inside the master closet, there are hangers and an iron for guest use. The master bathroom has a double vanity, LED mirror, soaking tub with waterfall faucet, and a walk in shower with a spa shower tower. The spa shower tower has body jets, a waterfall setting and an LED light. Guests will be provided with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. There is a hair dryer in the vanity for guest use. Towels are in the vanity as well.

The second bedroom and game room are on the second floor. In the game room, you will find plenty of board games, air hockey, and a Simpson arcade game. In the second bedroom you will find a full size bunk bed with pull out twin size trundle. Please note that our bunk beds do have a weight limit of 350 lbs and are best suited for children. The upstairs bedroom has a 42 inch flat screen smart tv and allows guests to use streaming services to watch their favorite shows while they relax for the night.

The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, glassware, and salt and pepper. We offer a popcorn station for movie nights. There is a Kurig coffeemaker with pods.

The guest bathroom is on the main floor and has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Guests can enjoy shampoo, body was and conditioner. There is a hair dryer in the vanity for guest use. Towels are in the vanity as well.

Washer and dryer is in the master bedroom closet and is available for guest use. Guests will need to provide their own HE laundry detergent.

The great room has a 50 inch smart TV that you may use to sign into your streaming services. There is a fireplace in the great room/dining area.

Other things to note
Internet disclosure: our property is equipped with the fastest internet service provided in this area and we utilize routers to monitor their status remotely. In the even that internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider, there is simply nothing that we can do besides provide you with updates from the provider. There will be no compensation to our guests in the even that service is intermittent or lost completely due to the service provider. If you travel for business or rely heavily on internet, we recommend that you bring backup hotspot just in case.

Parking: Parking can hold 3 vehicles. Please be mindful of the slope. Please use your parking brake when parking.

Guests will need to bring their own charcoal for the grill.
