We welcome responsible dog owners and their pups!

• Dogs only. We love all animals, but we’re only able to host dogs at the moment

• Maximum of 2 dogs. Max weight of 60 pounds per dog (unless otherwise approved)

• All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to check-in

• Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved

• Dogs must be securely crated if left unattended

• No dogs on beds or furniture

• We trust that your furry friends are well-behaved, but if any damages occur, the booker agrees to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

• We provide 2 kennels, 2 beds, food and water bowls, and some towels

• Breed Restrictions (Insurance Requirement): We are unable to host the following breeds (including mixes): Akita, Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier), Chow, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, Wolf Hybrid

• Hot Tub: If the hot tub was freshly refilled the day of your arrival, it may take a few hours to reach full temperature. Thanks for your patience! We recommend bringing extra towels for hot tub use.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials (hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, trash bags, and dish soap). For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Items like toiletries, condiments, zip bags, charcoal, and coffee are not provided.

• Towels & Laundry: Bath and hand towels for up to 8 guests are provided. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience during your stay.

• Children: Infants and children must be supervised at all times.

• Nature & Wildlife: You’re in the Smoky Mountains — not a subdivision. You may see bugs or small critters during your stay. We have regular pest control, but it’s not possible to eliminate everything in a wooded setting.

• Bears: Bears are occasionally spotted in the area. Please do not approach or feed them. Do not leave food, drinks, or scented items outside or in vehicles.

• Fire Pit: Extra propane tanks are available on the deck for the fire pit. Cooking food or placing items near the fire is not permitted.

• Driveway: The driveway is gravel with a slight incline and may have minor ruts after heavy rain. Not suitable for trailers.

• Security Cameras: For safety and property protection, there are exterior cameras on-site. They are always recording but are not actively monitored. There are no cameras inside the home.

• Stairway Clearance: Please note there is low head clearance in the stairway. Posted signs are there as a reminder.

• TV & Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi and Roku TVs are provided. There is no traditional cable service.

• EV Charging: EV charging is not available at the property.

• Winter Travel: Roads are easy to access (no steep climbs), but winter weather can change quickly. 4WD, roadside assistance, and travel insurance are recommended during snow/ice conditions.

• Rules: 8 people max, no parties, no smoking, permitted pets only.

As a guest of Spring Break in the Smokies! 2 miles to Dollywood!, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/games room. The front desk is open around the clock.
