Very helpful staff willing to respond to any questions about visiting sights or resolving any queries. Room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The large shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. A useful selection of toiletries etc and the complimentary mini bar drinks were very welcome. Heating was adjustable when needed evenings/early mornings in late November when temperatures drop quite a bit. Made use of the buffet breakfast on the top floor. Wide selection, good quality and attentive staff.

Hotel is near the bull fighting ring, many restaurants, and the cathedral. Our room was nice with a private courtyard. The parking garage requires the receptionist to guide you there, and up the car elevator.

Very centered for walking all over downtown but difficult parking and getting into/out of town. First car elevator I’ve used. Honestly it was better than just 4 but not 5.
