The hotel was clean. The location was central. The staff was very accommodating. The room met our needs. They have a lounge area where guests can make coffee, grab a fruit or a muffin, have some cereal and milk, or take a bottled drink on the go. It’s available from 7 am through most of the day. Things to consider: We were given a room on the first floor. The property is adjacent to a restaurant. We could hear all the clanging of dishes and people talking until the restaurant closed around 11 pm. The window shutters didn’t close in a snug manner so noise was more apparent. If we opened the windows, we were right above people as they ate. We could make out their conversations. This would be an issue for people who want to go to bed early or want to take advantage of the balcony. Suggestion for the property owners: Change the movable glass half-door on the tub. It serves no purpose as the water splashes onto the bathroom floor and results in a wet mess. We were there for 2 nights. We would stay again - just not on floor 1.

Great location. Our room was poor & certainly in need of refurbishment. Extremely bleak outlook from bedroom window. Facilities not as described. No fridge or tea making in own room but was available in lobby of Hotel

Very nice hotel in a great area

This hotel punched well above its 2 star weight. The room was atmospheric with beautiful long, shuttered windows and muslin curtains. A very comfortable bed with good bed linen. I’d actually booked a room with a terrace which wasn’t available but the receptionist acted in a very calm and professional manner and resolved the situation to an acceptable one and I was pleased with the room I got (probably too hot to sit on a terrace anyway).

Great location. Friendly staff

I was disappointed we didn’t have an allocated parking space after I had emailed them and called. We ended up paying more in the public car park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. Coffee and water facilities very handy. Fixtures and fittings dated. Shower too strong for the shower screen to contain the water so we had a puddle every time we showered. This was dealt with but not solved.

Only thing negative for this place was wi-fi which was very poor , and mostly did not work ( it was important for me since I had to have remote work average 1-2 hours a day) .Otherwise It was clean , location was good, staff was friendly. ( would give otherwise 5 start )

A lovely stay

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect - a 5-15 minute walk will get you to any main attraction. There is a complimentary snack & beverage station, which was a delightful little perk. Our bathroom was spacious and the shower was great! We loved the décor - very charming! The staff were helpful and friendly. This was a perfect hotel for a family on a budget!

It is a basic hotel. Not that great, just a place to sleep. The room is small and the hotel is close to the street so expect a lot of noise. Location is good though. Finding the hotel and the parking next to it was not easy. The bunk bed is poorly designed. I would not probably stay again in this hotel.

Centered location where we can access all tourist spot in Seville to include Seville cathedral, real de alcazar, plaza de espanol! We’ve enjoyed our stay. We love the complimentary snacks (coffee, water, cereals ) We checked in really late and we are thankful to the receptionist, our check in was easy! We are all tired, but despite that tired we felt good because our room was homey enough to get the sleep that we needed. Thank you.

Fantastic location!! An easy 10 min walk to the main sights. It was in a lovely area with good quality restaurants etc right next to the hotel. We had a basic room, which was absolutely fine. It was clean, had good air con and a nice bathroom. Thoroughly recommend!

Good Location and perks

Great place to stay. Good location to walk to most places you would want to see. Very helpful staff. They were there to answer any question we might have. Pleasant surprise to have access to free water, soda water, sodas, coffee and pastries in lobby whenever we returned from our outings. Nice patio off room. You could smell fried fish from our patio from the fried fish store around the corner. It didn’t bother us but might bother some.
