This spacious, bright and modern flat is ideal for a long stay in Seville.

Large living room with open plan kitchen in a total space of 100m2 with huge windows overlooking the Recinto Ferial de Sevilla (a spectacle during the fair week. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people. The sofa area is also designed for 6 people with a big screen TV (smart TV).

It has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with 180cm x 200cm bed, bathtub incorporated in the room and bathroom with shower en suite. The second bedroom is a large space dedicated to the family. It has 2 beds of 105cm x 200cm and two bathrooms: 1 with shower and the other with bathtub. The third bedroom is smaller and has a bed of 135cm x 200cm. It measures 10m2 and has its own bathroom with shower.

Los Remedios is an ideal area to live in Seville situated in the centre but not in the historic centre. It has wide avenues and easy access.
