Comfortable apartment with a very bright living room with two balconies to the main street for 4 people. It is located in the well-known Alameda de Hercules, just 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. First floor apartment without elevator in restored Sevillian house. Very quiet area, bedroom inside which makes it very suitable to ensure a good rest. New quality mattresses. It is perfect for couples, family and friends. Its elegant and authentic furniture with marble finished floors make it a comfortable and homely floor.

It has air conditioning, internet connection, central heating, television, washing machine, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery, hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need so you can prepare all your meals comfortably.

The bedroom has two comfortable single beds, with spaces to store your belongings. It also has a fantastic terrace where you can relax after an intense tourist day.Being just 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, it will allow you to know all the history of Seville. Loss or non-return of keys will result in a charge deducted from the deposit.
