First class experience

I recently stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Fernando III and was blown away by the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive with strong attention to detail. The rooms were immaculate. The breakfast buffet had an enormous variety of foods and all were delicious. The next time I am in Seville, I will be staying here again.

A fabulous hotel in a great location in the historic area of Santa Cruz in Seville’s old town. All the sights are within easy walking distance and there are lots of great traditional places to eat nearby. The marble throughout the hotel made it feel very authentic and the hotel was so clean, and the rooms were great. The staff at Fernando III were absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. While staying at the hotel I had a bad fall in the street and broke my ankle. The hotel staff on the evening of my accident were fantastic and so attentive. They came out to the street and called an ambulance, helped translate, and kept me warm and supported. On returning to the hotel from hospital in the early hours of the morning they had already moved us to accessible rooms so I could access the room via the lift. The next day they organised a hired wheelchair for us and helped with ramps to allow me to go onto the rooftop bar and enjoy some sunshine. They regularly checked in to make sure I was ok and even offered us a complimentary meal in the hotel restaurant, (which was delicious). The staff at the hotel really made a massive difference to my experience of having an accident and injury abroad. Their efforts and help made things so much more manageable. Thank you so much to all the staff and in particular the lady from reception and barman who assisted and helped me on the evening of my fall. I will forever be grateful.

I love staying at the Fernando III hotel in Seville. This was my second time. The roof terrace bar and pool are great and so is the service. Everything was excellent except for the air conditioning. Luckily, I have always been there in winter time. Breakfast is a bit pricey too. It would be nice if deals included free breakfast like other 4 stars hotels do.

The hotel has a development going up behind it which may be an extension to the hotel and looks like it’s got 6-12 months to go. It is appalling that the hotel continues to sell bedrooms that back on to this horrendous noise as ours did. An absolute con.

Great location for everything

Very friendly and efficient check-in. Staff spoke excellent English and explained where the main attractions were. Room was clean, no view and could get warm. Comfy bed. Great location to easily walk to most attractions and lots of bars and restaurants. Loved the roof terrace, great to get a drink and enjoy the sun.

Great location and lovely hotel for a city break. There was no air con in the rooms and although it was only February, the room could get quite stuffy. Not sure if they turn this on later in the year - would of thought so? Had to open windows instead but there was a strange boiler thing outside our window which was loud in the day but luckily off at night. There wasn't a view from the room and if you left the curtains open you can see in to others rooms. Overall this was manageable as we weren't in the room loads. The terrace was lovely even in the February sun and this was quite busy in the evenings with guests having drinks etc.
