It was an excellent stay in an excellent hotel. The hotel is in a prime location, its facilities are super, the breakfast is a feast, the staff are cheerful and helpful.

Close to historical sites

Cons: Soundproofing
Location: Close to Alcazaba and historical town centre
If getting there by car very narrow streets and nowhere to stop so will need to use hazard lights whilst someone unloads. This is not unusual in historical area's and the location is close to all the key sites. Staff were OK didn't give complimentary drinks until asked, Seville didn't feel as friendly as other smaller places, felt very much like a large city. No lift to room on second floor but staff did offer to carry suitcases up to room. Booked two rooms and both given close to each other. Otherwise rooms were nice but not soundproofed so could hear everything going on in reception. Breakfast selection was decent - fruit could have been fresher.

Lovely authentic hotel

Pros: Good location, friendly staff and very clean
Cons: Perhaps a lunchtime snack menu, especially when you have children
Location: Easy to get to the sites via taxi or tourist bus - aquarium was good
The hotel is lovely with Moorish interior - rooms are excellent, reception staff excellent. There is an on-site restaurant which unfortunately has a very limited menu, but the chef is very accommodating if you require vegetarian meals. Location is good for getting taxis and buses to sites and not that far from the airport. Pool was good for children. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Very Nice Hotel in a Quiet Location.

Pros: The hotel breakfast was excellent and I would recommend. The pool is an added bonus and the hotel provides towels. The bar/hotel staff always helpful
Cons: We were unlucky to have a room which was in a corridor. I would ask for a room with a window with an outlook if I came again. The room was good.
Location: Seville is well worth a visit with many nice restaurants/bars. The architecture is also very nice to see. We also enjoyed the Aquarium.
This was our first stop on a mini tour by car of southern Spain. The Hotel has parking, but the hotel itself is not the easiest to find even with Satnav. This is due to narrow one way streets. Once we were at the Hotel, from then on we used Taxis as the tight streets are tricky (but not impossible). The Hotel is a good 25/30 mins walk to the centre of Seville, but not an unpleasant walk and as streets tend to be narrow there is shade from the sun. It was 39 degrees at the end of June. The most we paid for a taxi back to the hotel from the centre was €7 and it's well worth it after you have walked all day.

Pros: The breakfast is very good, in choice and quality, and friendly restaurant staff The pool and sun loungers
Cons: That particular room on the third floor should not be in use until improved
Location: we were disappointed with hercules park, but restaurant called lizarran was friendly with excellent food and value
We have never asked to change rooms anywhere before, but the room had such an overpowering dank musty smell that we would have left had we not arrived so late. It looked like a tired bedsit, and also noise from a generator which was something to do with the pool, and a view of metal staircase akin to a prison. As it was we couldnt change until the next morning, which the staff did with no hesitation, l think perhaps it is a frequent request The new room was much better, and more up to date.
