Beautiful specious appartment in Sevrier with a nice view

Very welcoming landlady who got us a very tasteful welcome gift. Spacious appartment with a big balcony with a beautiful view, a garage and a small garden as a bonus. All windows can be blinded with electric blinds which is very comfortable in summer. Everyting you could wish for is there. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of hot water. It is not possible to have a shower for two persons successively, nor is there hot water in the kitchen. Unfortunately she told us only when we left that the shower needs a cooling down period between showers.
