Fantastisk udsigt fra terrassen og skĂžn have

Dejligt lille og velfungerende hus, hvor der er alt man har brug for. Vi satte stÞrst pris pÄ haven, udsigten og beliggenheden tÊt pÄ den offentlige strand. Let adgang til at leje padelboard og vandcykel lige ved siden af huset. VÊr opmÊrksom pÄ man ikke kan bade fra husets badebro. Dette er dog intet problem, da sÞ er strand er lige uden for dÞren.

Maison confortable face au lac

La maison est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, le ponton sur le lac lui donne beaucoup de cachet. Les canards viennent rĂ©guliĂšrement y faire un tour. Il est interdit de se baigner, de pĂȘcher ou de mettre une embarcation Ă  l'eau depuis le ponton de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Pour accĂ©der au lac, il faut sortir de la propriĂ©tĂ© dont l'entrĂ©e coĂŻncide avec le parking public payant de la plage et du port. La plage et le port se trouvent Ă  chacune des extrĂ©mitĂ©s du parking.

Maison agrĂ©able, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec trĂšs belle vu de la terrasse. TrĂšs beau jardin bien entretenu. Vraiment top. J'avais une apprĂ©hension quant au parking situĂ© derriĂšre la maison, mais cela nous n'a nullement gĂȘnĂ©. Super SĂ©jour, avec tout Ă  proximitĂ© (location vĂ©lo, base nautique, plage).
