The hotel is well connected with malls and metro station within distance. Very convenient to get to the Bund as well as there is a shuttle tram on the road where you could pay 10 Yuan per pax to get closer to the bund. Hotel wise, cleaning staff was attentive . The hotel's room ac seems to be set at low temperature even on such weather. There were no clothes hook in the bathroom which is very weird since the room we chose was a renovated unit.

Excellent location and very near to almost all tourist destinations and airport. Just a stone throw away from the nanjing pedestrian road and gourmet resto. Manager and staff were very friendly specially the one who helped us with speedy check in. He was very attentive and upgraded our room to the next higher category because of being a hotel.com gold member. We will surely stay with crowne plaza next time we visit Shanghai.

Great location and lovely service

Great location for accessing Nanjing Rd and we could see the Pearl Tower from our room! We arrived early and they were able to check us in 2 hours earlier and also gave us late check out. This was really appreciated since we had a toddler in tow. The junior king suite we stayed in was really spacious, again perfect for our active toddler. Highly recommend
