The stay overall was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was ready before check in time. The free shuttle service from the airport and to and from Disney ran daily and was safe. Perfect stay. I travelled alone and felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you.

this is our first time in China, and I am very happy with Doris (the owner). She made sure all of our neccessities are met. Even when we're having troubles at pick up and drop off transpo, she helped us out. The space is huge for 4 of us and it is clean. There is also free toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Photos are not a true reflection of premise.property is bit difficult to find down some small streets,close to disney.room had no fridge,no tea or coffee but had a kettle,bed was stiff as a board and pillows were wafer thin,the shower was ok once i worked it out.positive was the incredibly helpful young staff ,using translators they assisted with disney access,and airport transfers all included in the price.The breakfast in the morning was tasty local food

They use fake pictures on the ad. It was nothing like pictures. The mattress was too hard, we couldn’t sleep on it. No one speaks English. I was supposed to stay for three nights, however I needed to leave. We left next morning. It was worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Great value but the bed is uncomfortable

We stayed here for two nights and the customer service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to communicate with us, they did not speak English but communicated via translator app. They also provided a free shuttle to the airport as well as Disney, and it was seamless. The reason we scored them a little lower is because the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on in my life. It was very uncomfortable, so if you’re like me, you will have a hard time sleeping. Overall though the value is worth it!
