The property is situated on a 250,000 sq. ft. lot, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful place away from the neighborhood while taking advantage of the dock with access to the lake. The lake "Lac des Piles" offers 6.5 km x 4.5 km of navigable surface where motorboats are allowed and benefits from marina services. A huge playground! It is renowned as one of the most beautiful lakes in Quebec, especially for the limpidity of its water.
