This quaint house was moved onsite in 2001 from Crofton and raised up in 2004, adding an 850 sq ft. lower floor. The house is on a secluded road, Radway, which borders the old E & N Railway and the Old Mill Park on Shawnigan Lake. Easy walk to the beach on hot summer days and with a concrete floor this lower suite is always cool. Minutes drive to two other local beaches, Masons and Government Wharf (boat dock also), as well as boat dock on Recreation Road, minutes away. Room to bring your boat to this property. Twenty minutes from Cowichan Bay and Duncan. Ten minutes to Mill Bay. Minutes drive to Shawnigan Village, St. Johns Academy and Shawnigan Lake School. Langford in Victoria 30 minute drive.
Two bedrooms, separtate entry. Full kitchen has toaster oven, hot plate and microwave instead of oven. Continental breakfast is extra charge and optional. One king bed, two singles. Bright and cozy.

Teresa went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She answered my texts promptly if I had a question. The unit is well supplied with big and small appliances (except an oven/stove, but there is a hot plate, a microwave and a toaster oven). Lots of coffee & tea provided as well as kitchen supplies (dishes, cutlery, glasses, plates, trays, pots and pans, etc.). Clean beds. Very quiet area and short walk to a nice little beach. It was a nice place to relax. Close to restaurants.
