Steps away from Lake Michigan, this 2 bedroom/2 bath has all you need! In close proximity to EVERYTHING, including the boardwalk, harbor and downtown restaurants/pubs. Also within 30 minutes of Whistling Straits, Kohler Spa and Road America. We manage several units on the property. We are a separate company from the Resort, so their amenities are not included with our units. We do not offer water park passes.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Lake Michigan. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The villa includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Good location, dated property

We liked the location being right on the shore. However, the kitchen faucet was broken and we did not have any hand soap in the bathrooms. There is mold in the crevices in the shower stall. And there were packaging tags on the floor. Also, when we pulled out the top rack, the support arm holding said rack inside the dishwasher was broken. The bathrooms have very little counter space to put your toilets. The decor overall is very dated.

Quick family getaway

Beautiful location right on Lake Michigan. So easy to watch the sun rise in the morning. Easy to access, plenty of parking, and comfortable accommodations.
