Car Parking is for24hr periods from checking in to checking out ... takes strain off finding parking, by walking/ using local tram service @ £4.20 for a day ticket. At breakfast, 3 young 'ladies' attended barefoot, do believe the 'admonnishment' given, should have been a more forcefull ' kindly return when more appropriately dressed'

The staff were reasonably pleasant regarding my first complaint but slow to act in putting it right. The throw on the bed had various stains on it when I arrived. I brought it to the attention of reception staff. Then went out for a couple of hours & when I got back the stained throw was still on the bed so I took it down to reception immediately in annoyance & showed it to them. It was only then that a clean one was brought up to my room. Later on when about to sleep my daughter discovered someone else's pyjama bottoms underneath her pillow! I also wasn't that impressed with the breakfast. I found the bacon a bit rubbery & didn't enjoy the taste of the sausages either. I've been to another holiday inn & just had a better experience, so found this one to be quite disappointing.

Convenient for city centre

Pros: Convenient location and helpful staff
Location: Sheffield has many attractions, including theatres, galleries, museums and some very interesting walks
Hotel is good value for money in a convenient location with car parking at resonable price and breakfast included. Would recommend it for a short stay and would return without hesitation.

Great place for a good price.

Service quick. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast excellent. Even sat out in the sun. Location satisfactory for Sheffield arena.

Access to the hotel was very straight forward however a lack of signage to the hotel car park meant we ended up in the NCP. The hotel its self was very clean and well presented, the staff very helpfully and attentive and the room was spacious with a king size bed that was very comfy and very clean.
