2 night stay Sheffield.
My 2 night stay at this property did not proved the service paid for. Firstly, booking information states; parking available on site with self parking, this is false and not the case, I drove to a different location to park my vehicle, carried travel bags all the way back to the property which is unsafe for myself and my vehicle. Considering there was a tram link on the busy road. On getting to the property, the front gate was wide open, not secured, this gate was wide open throughout my stay even though access codes were provided. The code given did not work for the back door to access the property. I eventually gained access from the front door after waiting outside over half hour trying to work it out while on the phone to the property manager. There was no WiFi nor internet as advertised, TV comes on but nothing works, no hand wash in the property, no washing up sponge, 1 tiny tube of body wash was provided for 2 night stay for 2 adults. Dining table and side table will not stand on legs, wobbly, booked a large/ super king bed but was given 2 small single beds joined together with a gaping hole in between both beds. The property had a bad smell but air freshener was plugged in to block out the smell. The front door area had a drainage blockage with hole and sand on the ground. This produced an awful smell which goes into the property via the front door and bathroom window that was next to the drainage. There was no parking on site as advertised prior to booking.
