Darling Gun Lake waterfront cottage. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom one, has a king bed with drawers for storage. Bedroom two, has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed, Living room has a pull-out double sofa. Sleeps 7. Fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance to Baypointe Inn, jetski and boat rentals, pizza for dinner and ice cream for those hot days! Two kayaks and one SUP available. Large, fully fenced yard with firepit and hammock. Aluminum dock with deck section to enjoy waterfront sunrise and sunsets directly across the street from the house. Pets welcome for additional charge.

It was clean, relaxing home. It was a great vacation on the lake. The place was well stocked and if we needed to contact anyone, we got a response quickly. We rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon and the rental office was very close by. Recommend Maddie’s cookies and ice cream and the supermarket close by. Great sandwiches and best fried chicken. Would definitely recommend this place and we are planning on coming back again.

Great place to stay with my family and two mini dachshunds! Boat dock was across the street with convenient steps down to the water. Ice cream shop was a couple doors down! House was spotless with everything you need :) The fenced in yard was great for the dogs and has a great hammock in shade. Boat and wave runner rentals two doors down which was great!

4.5. The backyard was fantastic especially for our 3 young boys. The view was spectacular. The only complaint we had was the couch was uncomfortable and the road was very busy, cars flew through there (I know you cant do anything about the road). The beds though, were so comfortable. We had everything we needed. Would come back again.

Gun Lake weekend

Perfect weekend! Clean! A couple doors down from where we rented a pontoon. Beautiful dock with 2 sets of stairs leading to the water. Had our coffee on the dock while on the loungers and comfortable chairs and tables. Deck, outdoor tables and chairs and gas grill with grilling tools ready to use. Very thoughtful amenities: beach towels, speaker for the boat, washer and dryer, a large backyard with bags, hammock, kayak with life jacket (though we didn’t try them), oversized fenced yard which my dog loved. The property owner was quickly responded to my questions. And most important, comfortable beds!! Thank you!!

Cute Cozy Cottage

Cute cozy cottage across the street from the lake! Description could be better to say that it’s across the street from the lake (can’t really tell from the pictures) but does have lake access! House was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials! Front porch was a great place to relax and watch the lake and fireworks! Neighbors were great but we did have a young kid from somewhere down the road banging on our door at 3am multiple times during our stay. Luckily it didn’t wake up our young children. Not the owners fault at all but definitely an annoyance. Great place to rent a boat right next door as well! Outside of the annoyance we had a wonderful stay!

Charming

The home was tastefully decorated, very clean. It included everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor spaces are equally as nice. The dock was awesome, had seating to relax there as well. We rented a pontoon from a company right next door.We weren't familiar with this part of the lake, so we didn't know you had to cross a road to get to the pier. It was fine and within close proximity to the house.My husband and I enjoyed the property a lot and plan to return.
