I had a fall before the trip & the Hotel did not want to refund my bookings for me & my family. As a family we will never stay in any of the Hyatt Hotels around the world. The Conrad HK refunded our bookings. Hyatt did not & ignored my pleas through Expedia. Reservations Manager did a poor job of no support. I will write in with a poor report for your hotel.

Connected to Luo Hu MixC shopping mall (not the same as the one in Nan Shan). Very convenient for shopping. Breakfast buffet also great. But try to book rooms in higher floors as there seems to be construction nearby and there may be noise even during the the weekend.

Ok. Second stay here. Big hotel. Love the bar on 38th floor Breakfast. Best in shenzhen. Location excellent. Staff excellent. My only frustration is the bizarre lift configuration. Like 3 separate lifts you need to take in some cases. Hotel designed this way so cannot fix. The air con doesn’t cope with the heat. Even at lowest point it cannot coo effectively. Two other business companions said the same thing. I would stay here again because of the positives outweigh the negatives.

The cleaning staff was amazing. Check in staff wonderful Breakfast staff managers hostess horrible they gave bill at beginning of eating out meal. Cooks were great We were charged 2 meals as we were 3 guests 2 rooms

An absolutely outstanding property, and the best high quality staff! Highly recommend this property, and I will return on my next visit! The only thing that needs to be corrected, is allowing children in the grand lounge (executive lounge) during cocktail hours. The guideline for most 5-star hotel lounges is no children under 12 during the cocktail hours.

The Italian restaurant La Terrazza has changed its menu. It is not as good as before. I had Calamari, and it looked and tasted like it came from Costco, or a frozen bag from a supermarket.The colour was brown, not a light colour as it should be. Also, I paid a lot for fish and received very little in return as I was still hungry. The atmosphere is good. Staff are great too, but the food, not so much. The location is great. Stella beer is on tap!!!

Had a great stay! The only part was that we had to go up to 33rd floor to check in and then down to the room and up again for breakfast and not every lift can get there. A bit confusing… the stairs to breakfast was not so user friendly for elderly hard of walking. The blanket was thinner than expected for a Hyatt property, unlike all other Hyatts I have stayed at. Otherwise, excellent!
