The pool was refreshing and beautiful to swim in, and it was quiet to stay in. The beds were a little too soft for me, but that is just a personal preference. The hygiene of the bathroom let the rating down for this experience.

Excellent room, clean and large (king double) great facilities. My only, very minor issue was that I was working nightshift and I could not block out light from the window under the a/c unit. Like is said, 1st world problem. Amazing motel and would certainly stay again. Bed comfortable, shower hot, a/c cold. Highly recommended

Looks clean on the surface but unit was quite grotty. Cupboards dirty, shower door, range hood, shelves, were grotty. There was also a stale smell. Carpets are old & need replacing. Apart from that, it is a wonderful place - great location, quiet, friendly staff.

Room not service during our 4 night stay !

Although checkin was good we are Very disappointed as our room was not serviced at all during our 4 day stay, reception was closed so couldn’t get fresh towels ☹️

Not great

First room was away from main property. Maybe ex consulting or rehab rooms? Not good. Did feel safe. Moved to a room at main complex - air con made so much noise couldn’t stay. Next room - the smell coming from the drain in bathroom smelled like rancid sewer. Air con again noisy. Staff were incredibly helpful as far as they could be. Cleaning care is better than many other accommodation places. This property is just old. Booking via external website meant no refunds or adjustments could be made By the property direct.

The pool was most conveniently placed in relation to our room and the location of the motel is quite handy in relation to getting around in central Shepparton. About the only knock I’d put on the room was the bathroom was a little smaller than usual, but I guess this is a trade off to having an in room spa. My only other suggestion is installing handrails around the entrance of the pool, Especially if the steps are a little slippery it was a bit tricky getting into the pool. Otherwise, quite a pleasant stay.
