Just a 2 minute walk from one of Norfolk’s most outstanding blue flag beaches and just a 2 minute walk from all of the amenities that lovely Sheringham town has to offer. The first floor Victorian apartment provides contemporary, spacious and comfortable accommodation for you to enjoy during your stay. It has been furnished in an industrial style yet with comfort in mind.

There is a spacious lounge, kitchen / diner with a large bay window with views over to the town. For our taller guests there are also sea glimpses ☺
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge has a large 4 seater sofa, 43 inch Samsung smart tv and alexa smart speaker with complimentary access to prime music. There is a handmade dining table and chairs comfortably seating 4 guests.

The master bedroom features a king size sleigh bed and 43 inch wall mounted smart tv. There is an industrial open wardrobe and chest of drawers providing plenty of storage. Also provided are bedside tables and lamps. The master has an en suite bathroom with a luxurious and modern shaker style bath with modern fixtures and fittings.

The second bedroom is a twin with two single sleigh beds, an industrial open wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. There is also a wall mounted smart TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds.

The separate shower room is particularly impressive with a large dual shower finished in black-brushed steel with matching fixtures and fittings.

Sheringham is regarded as one of the prettiest seaside towns in Norfolk. As well as boasting a blue flag golden sandy beach, Sheringham also has picturesque cliff top walks and coastal trails to enjoy. The traditional town has an abundance of local independent shops, restaurants, delis, coffee houses, a theatre, putting green, museum and of course excellent fish and chip shops, all just a short walk from your accommodation. The famous bure valley steam train also operates from Sheringham station.
The new reef leisure centre provides an excellent swimming pool and splash park for the kids as well as a state of the art gym. For golfers there is an excellent 18 hole links course and several playgrounds for the kids.
The famous Norfolk Broads are within easy reach, just a 15 minute drive away with Norwich a 30 minute drive.
The popular town of Cromer is just 3 miles up the coast with its famous Victorian pier perfect for crabbing. There are also rock pools a zoo, arcades and a cinema. You are perfectly located to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer.
