Tämä hiljattain rakennettu mökki on vain täydellinen yhden, parin tai perheen rentoutumiseen päivän jälkeen tutkimalla lähellä olevia järviä, vesiputouksia ja vuoria ympäri vuoden. Shasta View Mökki on viihtyisä, mukava, puhdas ja kutsuva, josta on upeat näkymät vuorille ja metsään. Hirvet, villit kalkkunat ja oravat, jotka vaeltavat omaisuutta, tarjoavat loputtoman viihteen. Kesäisin voit rentoutua kuistilla. Talvet antavat sinun nauttia tulen äärellä istuessasi näkymästä isoista, täydellisistä ikkunoistamme.

Shasta Forest Cottage ei ole maalaismainen mökki! Sinun ei tarvitse jättää väliin mitään kodin mukavuuksista, kun oleskelet kanssamme! Keittiössämme on mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, jääkaappi, uuni ja liesituuletin sekä astianpesukone! Tarjoamme myös perustarvikkeita, lautasia, kuppeja sekä kattiloita ja pannuja. Jos et irrota pistoketta vuoristoalueellasi, meillä on wifi suosikki elokuvien suoratoistamiseen laitteellasi. Nauti huippuluokan Jotulin kaasuliesi kodikkaasta liekistä.

Olemme sijaitsee vain 25 mailin päässä Lassenin vulkaanisesta kansallispuistosta, jota Sunset Magazine on nimittänyt "kansallispuistojen parhaiten varjeltuksi salaisuudeksi". This is a little gem in the forest.

We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The porch has a wonderful view with lots of wildlife walking by. Beautiful bird song too. The room was perfect! Comfy bed well supplied and just a great place to relax.

Wonderful Get Away

So enjoyed staying here. The wild turkeys and deer were wonderful to see. They came to visit every day. The cottage is small but has everything you need. Neighborhood very quiet and peaceful.

Winter Retreat

Shingletown stay

This house is very clean and modern and in a quiet neighborhood. It is just a few minutes away from a fairly well stocked grocery store and gas station. The owner is close and helpful and responded quickly when I had a question. For just two or three people it is an ideal place to stay if you want to visit Lassen Park.

Beautiful upscale cabin with stunning view

Absolutely lovely private cabin, very upscale, even larger and airier than expected, and well/equipped with everything you need. Nestled in the forest with a stunning view of Mount Shasta, we loved our stay at this bright and beautiful cabin. Covered parking, responsive host, gorgeous home, and oh that view.

Great place

We had a great time. The house was very clean, new and had everything we needed. It is bigger than it looks in pictures. The backyard was beautiful, deer walked by every day. Would definitely recommend!

Three relaxing nights of peace and quiet.

Beautiful little cottage with great views out the back. My son and I enjoyed our stay and did some photography including night star pictures. Highly recommend if you want a quiet stay. No television was a plus and a good reason to sit on the deck or by the fire pit. Terry B April 2024

Amazing Christmas Stay at Shasta Forest Cottage!

I LOVE this property! One bedroom cottage was perfect for our family of three. We have family in the area that we were visiting for the holiday. The home is clean, updated and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible. My son was over the moon to see the deer and turkeys wandering the property. Nancy was a kind and responsive host. We cannot wait until our next visit. Highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful and serene

The house is as described in the listing, new and luxurious. The owner communicates very well, friendly, and helpful. It is one of the best VRBO places we have stayed at. The accommodation is very comfortable like staying in a luxury hotel plus more benefits such as your own kitchen with complete tools and equipments, a beautiful porch and a stunning view, a campfire site that we used almost every night (having a camp fire and star gazing), a visit from wild animals such as deers and turkeys every day, and a stay in a quiet forest. The bed is very comfortable. There is a futon bed that we didn’t use but is adequate for 2 more persons. It is not a big place but would be comfortable for a couple or a young family with 2 kids or 2 friends/family members traveling together. We visited surrounding Lassen Volcano National Park(only 19 miles away) and Burney Falls(1 hour away). We came back to a serene and beautiful environment every day. It is a well worth every penny you will spend,

Amazing cottage with great design, views and privacy.

This cabin is beautiful in the inside and outside. The kitchen is very well-equipped for preparing meals. The view from the deck is lovely and private. It is a wonderful option for staying in the Lassen/Redding area.

Awesome getaway thanks n the pines with a view

We spent 3 days in the cabIn. It is not super big but it is just right for a couple. We loved having breakfast each morning on the porch. The view was amazing. And we saw lots of wildlife come through the property which was very cool. Nancy is a great host and really took care of us during our visit. We had a great relaxing time!

I could have sat on the large porch all day, enjoying the breeze of the fans and the parade of animals that came by. The inside is gorgeous. Be sure to bring your own entertainment. No TV was nice, but I’d wished we brought the cribbage board.

I wanted to stay forever!

This little house is a gem! My absolute favorite part was the back porch/patio. It was like a trip to the zoo watching the deer, turkeys, and other furry friends go about their evening explorations. What a great way to unwind at the end of the day! The inside of the little cabin was just as nice! No TV was a little of a surprise, but certainly not a problem. Who needs TV with a view like that!? Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable - even the futon. The only issue was the extra cost of a mandatory insurance policy for $79 (for our two night stay) that was not mentioned until after the booking process. I would recommend putting this in the description so it doesn’t come as a surprise. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin! I will definitely recommend it to others! :)

Peace and tranquility

A beautiful cottage that ushers in peace when you first step in. The beautiful view off the private deck, to view Gods majesty, is just this close to heaven. Perfect for small groups, small families or on your own like I did. A bit pricey for the size, but the million dollar view is worth it. Top of the line finishes and comforts. Truly a relaxing and beautiful stay.

Beautiful & peaceful

This rental exceeded my expectations. The photos don't even do it justice. It's charming and comfortable, clean and well-appointed. While there was wildfire smoke obscuring what would otherwise be a breathtaking view, I still found it really beautiful to be among the trees. It felt very private, despite relatively close neighbors. I walked through the neighborhood with my dog, and also went on nearby hikes. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the whole place, and everything was new or like new condition, and well constructed (e.g. double-pane windows, effective A/C, well-appointed kitchen, pretty bathroom with amazing large walk-in shower, etc). Communication with the owner was great - I had a few small questions and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. It wasn't the cheapest rental once fees were included, but I feel like it was worth it for the location and features; the owners have clearly invested time and money into creating a special property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, hopefully for longer.

A Lovely Cottage

This beautiful cottage was perfectly equipped for our week-long stay near Lassen Park. Though the weather was warm, the cottage did not heat up greatly while we were gone during the day, and a couple of hours of AC cooled it down nicely. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the covered patio, looking over peaceful woods complete with visiting deer and turkeys. Nancy was very helpful and lovely to deal with.

Perfect spot for us!

I rented this property for my officiant and his wife. I got married on my family's ranch in Shingletown and they said they enjoyed their stay and that it was the perfect spot for them to spend the weekend!
