Very average hotel. No carpets in the room, and feels cheaply furnished (only 1 bedside table). The metal door rim on the walk in shower was sharp, and I caught and cut my toe stepping over it. Breakfast was included but pretty average quality ingredient - nothing special. Carparking on arrival isn't ideal, very small car park at the rear accessible down a small back street. The limited car park bays are two deep, so if you can get a space there's a chance you’ll get blocked in.

A very nice clean and very friendly hotel in a great location. I asked if it was OK to sit in the bar area to do some work and the coffee machine was turned on so I could help my self to drinks as I worked.

A very convenient setting for the visit of myself and my wife plus our Cavalier King Charles Dog called Bella, to our daughter who lives in Bramhope. Very helpful staff and the breakfast's were excellent. My only gripe was the charge of £15.00 a night for four nights for our little dog who makes no mess and surely a thorough clean of the room at the end of our stay would suffice.

Parking was difficult and the room was hot. We were on the ground floor so could not open the window much. Other than that, the service was excellent, room was clean, had iron, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was good for the price.
