Really wanted to love this property we've driven past for years, but gosh... the front desk attendant was absolutely horrible. She was very short, rude, rolled her eyes when I asked about the pool hours and how busy, and had an overall horrible demeanor. Our toilet stopped working middle of our first night and luckily, the fix process was easy and the maintenance guy was quick and nice. The front desk person really spoiled the overall vibe of our stay here. Too many other hotels around the area at this price level to put up with that kind of customer service, or lack thereof!

Upon check after a long and exhausting day we checked in between 8-9 pm and the front desk staff was unfortunately very rude and unpleasant. She asked for my ID and bank card saying she was going to charge for $13.50, I handed it over then she tells me and I need to charge it for $250, I had no choice she already had my card and then guaranteed me it would be back in my account upon check out. I've been checked out for over 24 hrs my money has not been back in my account, and going through all this she was extremely unfriendly and not nice. The stay was fine but the check in process left us feeling like we did something wrong???

Well for the second time since booking here we were turned away after being charged. It was 10 pm before we got there and the ride girl at the desk didn't care we had no place to go even though we had paid. Said we weren't charged enough. Last time they turned away a service dog. Slept in my car due to holiday weekend. Not very happy at all

We were in the car for 4 hours and arrived just after 2. Asked to check in early (room was ready) and told we needed to pay $35 to get into room before check in time at 3:00. I have NEVER had this happen in all my years of traveling. There was no one in lobby area, parking lot only had a few vehicles, so it appeared quiet and not busy. This was very disappointing. Otherwise room fine, breakfast good. Overall, the check in issue tainted my opinion.
