Pool was closed which was very disappointing for my 5 year old grandson who was looking forward to a swim after a long drive. The room was okay but it needed paint things were just old and needed sprucing up. Staff struggled a little getting things figured out, but was polite and apologetic. Breakfast was okay... eggs were a bit rubbery... obviously frozen premade and reheated. Over all okay but not great experience.

Denied early check in per front desk. They had our room clean but housekeeping didnt want early check inn because it was inconvient for them to work around arrivals. Per front desk the housekeeping supervisor gets really upset if they do early check inn.. Have handicap husband and we had to wait an hour. Won't stay at Comfort inn again. Would understand if not told room was ready but couldnt do an early check in even if we paid extra.

Very friendly and decent staff. Room was great. I have stayed in numerous hotels, and usually the water is NOT hot in the morning around 6am. HOWEVER, the water was perfect and hot in the morning. That means a lot for me personally. Breakfast bar was awesome.

Dirty & Disappointing

Bathroom cleanliness was subpar. The bathtub alone was horrendous and was in no condition to be rented to a paying customer!! Mildew growing on tub fixtures, dirty shower walls, stained and ripped shower curtain confirmed that cleanliness and proper maintenance is not a priority. Minimal shower pressure and the hot water was never warmer than lukewarm. Overall, everything from paint to caulking and even the grout was sloppy. If cleanliness is a priority to you, choose to stay somewhere else.

Horrible

Loud Sounds All Night, Dirty, Unsecured Doors Inside the Room (Must Have Been Busted In Several Times) Exterior Entry Into Hotel Didn’t Even Have A Lock, German Roaches, Asian Ladybugs, Limited Parking! Pay the additional money to protect your booking if you dare book here so you can leave before checking in!
